The Cloud is the UK’s leading free public access WiFi provider who host Internet access through hot spots that can be found at Caffé Nero, Wetherspoons and Marks and Spencers to name a few. Following the completion of a job with Sky, The Cloud’s parent company, we were asked to help with the design, supply and manufacture of wall murals for The Cloud’s office in St Alban’s, Hertfordshire.
After chatting through the project with one of our creative consultants via phone, we were informed that they had two key spaces they wanted to address. The first was a meeting room where the team wanted to have a bespoke mural that used silhouettes of people holding shopping bags that showcased WiFi in retail; highlighting the companies core offering. These were then laid on top of a bright blue background that pulled the design together into one strong interior visual feature.

Services provided
Consultancy, production and installation.
Materials used
Permanent wall vinyl, standard matte vinyl.
Products included
Custom quote, perspex signs.
The second space was their break out area, which holds games consoles, a TV and a table football for the express purpose to relax their busy staff. Within this space we recommended the use of one of our very popular stock mural designs, the Britsh telephone box. The mural uses a black and white photograph of Embankment in London with a British phone box highlighted in its famous bright red. This product is a fun and creative design that suits the room’s purpose, but its use of black and white with minimal colour creates a design feature that encourages relaxation.
